Next Gen Fire is truly the best in the industry. Their team recently responded to diagnose and restore service on a commercial fire alarm system in one of our buildings, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial call, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They quickly identified the issues, walked us through each step, and coordinated seamlessly with the Worcester Fire Department throughout the repair and final testing process. The level of communication and expertise they brought to the project was unmatched. Special shoutout to Austin and Lou—their dedication, problem-solving skills, and thoroughness made all the difference. We couldn't be more impressed or more grateful for their efforts. Highly recommend Next Gen Fire to anyone looking for top-tier fire protection services. These guys are the real deal!
